根據(jù)《境外寵物食品注冊生產(chǎn)加工企業(yè)名單》、《允許進口飼料國家(地區(qū))及產(chǎn)品名單》(不含植物源性飼料原料)、《允許進口飼料添加劑和預混料國家(地區(qū))產(chǎn)品及注冊企業(yè)名單》，及配套文件，中國海關(guān)總署對允許進口飼料和飼料添加劑的國家或者地區(qū)的生產(chǎn)企業(yè)實施注冊登記制度，進口飼料應當來自注冊登記的境外飼料生產(chǎn)企業(yè)，如某產(chǎn)品為輸出國初次申請，還需要兩國主管部門簽署衛(wèi)生及動植物檢驗檢疫相關(guān)協(xié)議，注冊登記有效期為5年，有效期滿前6個月 ，向中國海關(guān)總署提出延期，再次延期有效期為5年。

代辦進口寵物食品海關(guān)GACC認證：境外飼料(寵物食品)生產(chǎn)企業(yè)應當符合輸出國家或者地區(qū)法律法規(guī)和標準的相關(guān)要求，并達到與中國有關(guān)法律法規(guī)和標準的等效要求，經(jīng)輸出國家或者地區(qū)飼料主管部門審查合格后協(xié)助資料遞交，由輸出國駐華大使館推薦材料至中國海關(guān)總署。

As “The Registration List of the Manufacturers for Overseas Pet Food”, “The Approved List of Countries and Regions for Imported Feed” (Excluding plant-derived feed ingredient), “The Approved List of Countries and Regions for Imported Feed Additive and Premix Feed” and supportive documents, GACC implements the registration system to the manufacturers from countries and regions for imported feed and feed additive. The imported feeds shall come from the registered overseas manufacturers. If a kind of product is the first application from the exporting country, the competent departments of the two countries shall sign the related agreements of sanitation and the inspection and quarantine of animal and plant. The validity of the registration is 5 years. The overseas manufacturers shall propose the renewal registration to GACC, six months prior to expiry of the registration. And postpone another 5 years.

The overseas feed (pet food) manufacturers shall comply with the relevant requirements of laws, regulations and standards of the exporting countries or regions, and in accordance with equivalent requirements of Chinese related laws, regulations and standards. After passing the review by the feed competent department in the exporting countries or regions, the feed competent department assists to submit the application documents to GACC by the recommendation of the exporting country embassy in China.
